Jay Chappell, MD, is board-certified in both internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Society of Echocardiography. Formerly a member and past president of Oregon Cardiology, Dr. Chappell has practiced cardiology in the Eugene-Springfield area since 1991. During this time he served as the medical director of the Oregon Heart Center and currently is the medical director for the McKenzie Heart, Lung and Vascular Center.
